A wonderful community to be a part of and a great summer swim team for kids!

Great spot to swim-not so great for jet skiing. I measured out the dimensions and it doesn't look like you can get too far before you would have to turn around. You could probably work on figure-8s and making big donut wakes to jump, but that's about it. I spoke to the neighbors over the fence and they haven't seen anyone jet ski in there- but in my defense she has only lived there 2 years. Another neighbor lived there for almost 20 years and he had no idea what I was talking about, so maybe the poor guy had dementia. Next weekend I am printing off some flyers to see if anyone has ever seen some jet skiiers there before. I'll keep y'all posted.

Membership managed pool, we love it! Our family thoroughly enjoys swimming here and participating in the swim team every summer!

Only grassy area that is there was recently mowed, but seems no one raked it. In all the whole place looks unkempt. Though it seems everyone there are friendly.

We are taking swim lessons there. Connor is great with my kids, 4 & 7, and they are learning so much!
